Duane also has an award-winning educational background in the many aspects of Building Management that culminated with being awarded the Internationally recognized REME-IREM® ARM® of the Year. in Hawaii he is the longest standing ARM IREM member and has received the most awards in the industry.

Along with his personal experience, Duane is surrounded by a team of licensed business professionals with many years of hands-on service in the luxury business, security, maintenance, and hospitality sectors, and he served on the NHB #11 for the community at large. He has been recognized by the City Council, the Senate, House of Representatives and Attorney Generals Office.
